Do you offer payment plans?

To help spread the cost you're able to pay for the training in either three or six equal instalments. The first instalment is your non-refundable deposit which secures your space on the retreat. The full balance must be paid 60 days prior to the training starting.

What’s your cancelation policy?

The deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances. If the cancellation is made more than 60 days before the start of the training, then you may receive the difference between the amount you paid and the non-refundable deposit amount. If cancellation is made less than 60 days before the start of the training, then we will retain the entire amount. (Read full T&C's)

Can I come alone?

is there a deposit?

Your deposit amount is equal to one sixth of your total payment and is non-refundable under any circumstances. This policy is effective immediately from purchase. (Read full T&C's) How the deposit works for each payment type:

Single Payment - One sixth of total amount acts as your deposit 
Three Month Payment Plan - Half of your initial instalment will act as your deposit 
Six month Payment Plan - Your first instalment will act as your deposit. 

is the training just for women?

No, our yoga teacher training is not exclusively for women. Everyone is welcome to join!

Twin rooms will be same sex sharing. To ensure your comfort you'll be asked your sharing preference in your application form. 

What style of yoga will be taught in the training?

The training covers a comprehensive curriculum specifically on Vinyasa Yoga. You will also learn the foundations of teaching Yin Yoga, so you leave feeling confident in teaching two styles.  Our goal is to provide a well-rounded base for aspiring yoga teachers.

Is the training suitable for beginners?

Yes, the training is open to participants of all levels, including beginners. However, a consistent and dedicated yoga practice of at least six months to a year prior to the training is essential. you should take beginners classes first to understand the basics and explore if you love the practice. The classes will be aimed at a moderate level with both beginner and intermediate options.

The 19 night intensive YTT offers an immersive experience where you will train for 11 hours per day Monday-Saturday (mixture of movement and lectures) and 3.5 hours of self-led practices on Sundays. You will be required to complete 10 hours of non-contact pre-training in the form of reading literature, writing a short essay and shadowing yoga classes. 

What is the weekly schedule and daily time commitment? 

I can't do handstands, can I join?

Of course! There will be options for complete handstand beginners and advanced practitioners. The 30 minute handstand practice Monday-Friday is all about learning, consistency and feeling comfortable upside down, so you can confidently and safely teach inversions to your students when you graduate. The class is also packed full of fun, consisting of mobility, strength, daily partner work and hands on assist experience!

Are there any prerequisites for joining the training?

While the training is open to participants of all levels, it is essential to have a consistent practice of at least six months to a year, which allows you to be familiar with basic asanas and yoga terminology. 

Absolutely! Coming alone to our yoga teacher training is not only common but often a transformative and enriching experience in itself. The majority of our past students have embarked on this journey solo, and many have found profound benefits in doing so.

While travel insurance is not mandatory, we highly recommend it. Travel insurance can provide coverage for unexpected events, such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, or travel disruptions. It's a valuable consideration to protect your investment in the training.

Is travel insurance required for the yoga teacher training?

HOW DO I BOOK AND PAY FOR THE TRAINING? 

Step one: Select the room of your choice - Private Deluxe,  Deluxe Twin or Twin Suite
Step two: Pay £50 holding fee to hold your space for 48hours while you submit your application. This will be deducted from your total deposit. (more info below)
Step Three: Once you've submitted your application, you'll be sent an invoice to pay the remaining deposit to secure your space on the training. This must be done by bank transfer. 
Step Four: You're in! If you have selected a payment plan, You will need to send confirmation of your newly set up direct debit. 

The total balance for the training is due at least 60 days before the program begins.

The £50 holding fee is non-refundable. If you submit your application form within 48hours the £50 holding fee will be deducted from your total deposit and is not an extra charge. However, should you not go ahead or fail to submit your application within 48hours you will lose your £50 holding fee and your room space will be reopened for others to book. This fee non-refundable under any circumstances and covers administration costs from the application process.
