To help spread the cost you're able to pay for the training in either three or six equal instalments. The first instalment is your non-refundable deposit which secures your space on the retreat. The full balance must be paid 60 days prior to the training starting.
The deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances. If the cancellation is made more than 60 days before the start of the training, then you may receive the difference between the amount you paid and the non-refundable deposit amount. No, our yoga teacher training is not exclusively for women. Everyone is welcome to join! At this time, we can only offer private rooms to men on our Yoga Teacher Training unless they specifically book to share with a friend in a shared lodge. Please get in touch to discuss your options.
The training covers a comprehensive curriculum specifically on Vinyasa Yoga. You will also learn the foundations of teaching Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra and Restorative, so you leave feeling confident in teaching four styles. Our goal is to provide a well-rounded base for aspiring yoga teachers.
Yes, the training is open to participants of all levels, including beginners. However, a consistent and dedicated yoga practice of at least six months - 1 year prior to the training is essential. you should take beginners classes first to understand the basics and explore if you love the practice. The classes will be aimed at a moderate level with both beginner and intermediate options.
The 15 day intensive YTT offers an immersive experience where you will train for 12 hours per day Monday-Saturday (mixture of movement and lectures with breaks in between) plus 2.5 hours of self-led practices on Sundays. You will be required to complete 24 hours of online learning + 30 hours of pre-training homework in the form of reading literature, writing a short essay and logging your physical Sadhana practice.
Of course! There will be options for complete handstand beginners and advanced practitioners. The 30 minute handstand practice Monday-Friday is all about learning, consistency and feeling comfortable upside down, so you can confidently and safely teach inversions to your students when you graduate. The class is also packed full of fun, consisting of mobility, strength, daily partner work and hands on assist experience!

Travel insurance can help protect you in the event of unexpected travel disruptions, cancellations, illness, or emergencies that may prevent you from attending. This is particularly important when travelling internationally or when flights involve transit through countries such as the USA or UAE, where unexpected changes to travel regulations or routes may occur.
Your policy should ideally cover situations such as: Trip cancellation or interruption, Flight delays or missed connections Medical expenses while abroad Travel disruptions caused by events such as COVID-19, government restrictions, or other unforeseen global events.

Step one: Pay your non-refundable deposit to secure your space for our training.
Step two: You'll be automatically sent our training application form, it's important you complete this immediately. On the form you must select your prefered payment option (single payment or 3 or 6 month payment plan)
Step Three: Once you've submitted your application, you'll be sent an invoice to pay the remaining course fee. This must be paid by bank transfer.
Step Four: You're in! If you have selected a payment plan, You will need to send confirmation of your newly set up direct debit.
