Wake up in a beautiful jungle villa in Tulum, surrounded by nature and the peaceful energy of the Caribbean coast. Mornings begin with breathwork, inspiring yoga classes and daily handstand practice with Jess, before gathering for a nourishing breakfast to fuel the day ahead.
Afternoons are dedicated to diving into the philosophy of yoga through engaging workshops, learning Asana postures and practicing safe hands-on assists. As the sun begins to set, you’ll come together for practice teaching and explore the foundations of building a career in yoga.
Evenings are spent sharing delicious chef-prepared meals and connecting with your fellow trainees as your YTT family begins to grow. The weeks closes with Satya, a sacred bonding experience to celebrate the journey you’ve shared together.
During your free time, relax by the pool, head to the nearby beach for a swim in the Caribbean Sea, explore the vibrant town of Tulum, or simply slow down with journalling and study. This is a space designed for deep learning, connection and self-discovery.
Our 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training is designed to give you the best learning experience, which is why a small portion of the course begins online before we meet in Mexico.
Online Learning (20 Hours)
From 1st September, you’ll gain access to our online learning portal where you’ll complete 20 hours of pre-recorded lectures covering key topics such as yoga history, philosophy, and anatomy.
Studying these foundations beforehand allows you to learn at your own pace and arrive at the training ready to apply this knowledge in practice and teaching. The portal includes video lectures, presentations, and short quizzes to support your learning.
We’ll also host two live online sessions for questions and discussions:
Monday 7th September – 6–8pm
Monday 21st September – 6–8pm
Recordings will be available if you can’t attend live.
Pre-Course Homework
You’ll receive course homework when you sign up, designed to help prepare you for the training. This must be completed by 1st October.
In-Person Training
The remaining hours take place in person across 15 days in Tulum, Mexico. Together we’ll explore asana labs, hands-on assists, practice teaching, lectures, and workshops, alongside daily yoga practice.
The training begins with a welcome ceremony and finishes with graduation and a celebration party to honour your journey to becoming a yoga teacher.
