Set in the peaceful countryside of South West France, this six-day intensive training is designed to elevate your strength, focus, and technique. Each morning begins with athletic performance breathwork, dynamic yoga, and handstand entry practice to activate your body and sharpen your focus before a nourishing breakfast.

Afternoons are dedicated to progressive workshops diving deep into inversions, arm balances, and backbends - building strength, refining form, and expanding your skill set. Between sessions, refuel with wholesome lunches and take time to rest or connect by the pool.

Evenings slow down with mobility-focused flows to release tension and improve flexibility through targeted work on hips, shoulders, and splits. As the sun sets, enjoy dinner and relaxed conversation with the group, reflecting on your growth and resetting for the next day.

By the end of the week, you’ll feel stronger, more capable, and deeply connected to your practice!

REQUIREMENTS

This intensive retreat is open to both dedicated practitioners and teachers, this week is about growth, focus, and exploration! To get the most out of it, you should feel comfortable exploring poses like:
 
Crow Pose, Headstand, Tripod Headstand, Forearm Stand, kicking up to a wall or partner in Handstand or Free Holding Handstands.

Don’t worry if you haven’t mastered any of these yet - that’s exactly what this retreat is for! We just want to make sure you’re ready to give them a go and embrace the challenge. There will be options for every level of practitioner to progress.

I'm a yoga beginner, can I join?

Yes, you can absolutely book! For this intensive training, you’ll need to feel comfortable exploring advanced arm balances and inversions. You have until September 2026 to get familiar with some of these postures, but don’t worry - you don’t need to master them beforehand. That’s exactly what the retreat is for!

I can't do a handstand, can I join? 

Absolutely! You don’t need to be able to do a handstand to join. This retreat is designed to help you build strength, confidence, and technique, no matter your current level. You should be comfortable kicking up to a wall or a partner, and we’ll guide you step by step to explore inversions and technique! You have until September 2026 to practice kicking up to a wall or partner! Challenge accepted!
